He was factually correct, perhaps better not to have tweeted it in the first instance but he should not have apologised.

Not only in its present incarnation, but you find that nearly all of today's odious "far right" ideologues also did their time in a previous incarnation of it.

An absolutely odious influence on the life of this country since 1969. That is not to say FF has not been an odious influence in its own manner.

They will do worse yet, mark my words.

A complete moron like this is bad enough encountered on forums like this one. But to have same in actual public life?

Absolutely wrong, ill-advised, shameful and reflects poorly on the electorate.

They're all the same. Just some are more circumspect than others. You have to understand Sinn Fein is very close to a cult, and the people in it past and present all have this mindset.
